이용약관
1. 첫만남은 이런 서비스예요
첫만남은 같은 공간에 있는 사람들끼리 서로를 소개하고, 아이스브레이킹 게임을 하고, 근처에 열린 방과 이벤트에 참여하도록 돕는 서비스예요. 이 약관에 동의하고 앱을 쓰기 시작하면 아래 내용이 적용돼요.
2. 계정은 익명 핸들 하나예요
가입 절차 없이 8자리 핸들이 발급되고, 그게 계정의 전부예요. 전화번호나 이메일을 받지 않기 때문에 계정을 복구해 드릴 방법도 없어요 — 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 그 핸들과 만든 것들은 되찾을 수 없어요. 코드 새로 받기나 계정 삭제를 누르면 그 즉시 모든 정보가 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없어요.
3. 만 19세 이상만 쓸 수 있어요
첫만남이 안내하는 장소에는 술집·바·클럽이 포함되기 때문에, 만 19세 미만은 이용할 수 없어요. 앱을 쓰기 시작하는 것으로 본인이 만 19세 이상임을 확인한 것으로 봐요.
4. 여러분이 만드는 콘텐츠
프로필, 게시판 글, 방에서 나눈 대화, 직접 만든 게임과 질문은 모두 여러분의 것이에요. 다만 서비스를 운영하고 다른 이용자에게 보여주기 위해 필요한 범위 안에서 저장하고 표시할 권리를 첫만남에 주는 것으로 해요.
5. 해서는 안 되는 것들
불법적인 내용, 타인에 대한 혐오·괴롭힘·성적 대상화, 사칭, 스팸과 광고, 다른 사람의 개인정보 공개, 미성년자를 위험에 빠뜨리는 행위는 금지돼요. 위반한 계정은 경고 없이 콘텐츠 삭제·이용 제한·계정 정지될 수 있어요.
6. 신고와 차단
누군가의 프로필에서 신고하거나 차단할 수 있어요. 차단하면 서로의 화면에서 즉시 사라지고, 신고는 24시간 안에 확인해요. 신고 내용은 신고 처리 목적으로만 쓰여요.
7. 만남 자체는 여러분의 몫이에요
첫만남은 같은 공간에 있는 사람을 소개할 뿐, 그 사람을 검증하지 않아요. 실제 만남에서 일어나는 일은 스스로의 판단과 책임 아래 있어요. 공공장소에서 만나고, 이상하다 싶으면 차단하고 신고해 주세요.
8. 서비스는 바뀌거나 멈출 수 있어요
기능은 예고 없이 추가되거나 바뀌거나 없어질 수 있고, 점검이나 불가피한 사정으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있어요. 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 특성상, 법이 허용하는 범위 안에서 서비스 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않아요.
9. 약관이 바뀌면
약관이 의미 있게 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고 앱 안에서 알려요. 바뀐 뒤에도 계속 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요.

Terms of Service
1. What Hey is
Hey helps people who are already in the same place introduce themselves, play icebreaking games, and join nearby rooms and events. By agreeing to these terms and using the app, the terms below apply to you.
2. Your account is one anonymous handle
There is no sign-up: you are issued an 8-character handle, and that is the whole account. Because we take no phone number or email, we also cannot recover an account — delete the app or change phones and the handle and everything made under it is gone. Pressing "start over" or "delete account" erases everything immediately and irreversibly.
3. You must be 19 or older
The places this app points at include bars and clubs, so you must be at least 19 (Korean age of majority) to use it. By using the app you confirm that you are.
4. Content you make
Your profile, board posts, room messages, and the games and questions you write are yours. You grant Hey the right to store and display them to the extent needed to run the service and show them to other users.
5. What is not allowed
Illegal content, hate, harassment, sexualization of others, impersonation, spam and advertising, publishing someone else's personal information, and anything that puts minors at risk are prohibited. Violating accounts may have content removed, be restricted, or be suspended without warning.
6. Reporting and blocking
You can report or block anyone from their profile. Blocking removes you from each other's screens immediately; reports are reviewed within 24 hours and used only to handle the report.
7. The meeting itself is on you
Hey introduces people in the same place; it does not vet them. What happens in a real meeting is your own judgment and responsibility. Meet in public, and if something feels off, block and report.
8. The service can change or stop
Features may be added, changed or removed without notice, and the service may pause for maintenance or unavoidable reasons. As a free service, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
9. When these terms change
If the terms change meaningfully we update the effective date on this page and say so in the app. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you agree to the changed terms.
