개인정보 처리방침
1. 모으는 정보
첫만남은 전화번호·이메일·이름·생년월일을 받지 않아요. 모으는 것은 이게 전부예요: 익명 계정 식별자와 8자리 핸들, 프로필에 직접 적은 것(닉네임, 연령대, 소개, 링크), 직접 올린 사진, 게시판·방·게임에 남긴 내용, 그리고 위치 기능을 쓸 때의 좌표.
2. 위치는 이렇게 쓰여요
위치는 근처에 열린 방과 이벤트를 찾을 때, 그리고 그 자리에 있는지 확인하고 입장할 때 쓰여요. 방이나 이벤트를 열면 그 방·이벤트의 위치가 저장돼요. 위치 권한은 앱을 쓰는 동안에만 요청하고, 백그라운드에서는 위치를 수집하지 않아요.
3. 쓰는 목적
모은 정보는 서비스 제공(프로필 표시, 방·이벤트 참여, 게임 진행), 신고 처리와 안전 유지, 서비스 개선에만 쓰여요. 광고에 쓰거나 제3자에게 팔지 않고, 이용자를 추적하지 않아요.
4. 보관과 삭제
앱 안에서 코드 새로 받기 또는 계정 삭제를 누르면 프로필과 거기에 딸린 모든 것 — 사진, 게시판 글, 만든 게임, 연 방과 이벤트, 참여 기록 — 이 그 즉시 삭제되고 되돌릴 수 없어요.
누르지 않아도 오래된 것은 저절로 지워져요. 매주 월요일 낮 12시에 한 번 정리해요. 3개월 동안 앱을 한 번도 열지 않은 계정은 프로필과 딸린 모든 것과 함께 삭제돼요 — 로그인에 이메일이나 전화번호가 없어서 되돌릴 방법이 없으니, 남기고 싶은 게 있다면 가끔 열어주세요. 닫힌 방은 7일 뒤에, 지난 이벤트는 30일 뒤에 대화까지 함께 지워져요.
신고와 건의 내용은 작성자 정보 없이 처리 목적으로만 보존돼요. 신고가 들어온 방과 계정은 처리가 끝날 때까지 위 기간과 상관없이 남아 있어요.
5. 처리를 맡기는 곳
데이터 보관과 서버는 Supabase(데이터베이스·스토리지·인증)를 이용해요. 지도는 NAVER Cloud의 지도 서비스를, 장소 검색은 Kakao의 검색 서비스를 이용하고, 검색어와 좌표가 검색 목적으로 해당 서비스에 전달돼요. 이들 외에 개인정보를 받는 제3자는 없어요.
6. 여러분의 권리
자기 정보는 앱 안에서 직접 보고, 고치고, 지울 수 있어요 — 프로필 수정으로 고치고, 계정 삭제로 전부 지워요. 계정에 연락처가 없어서 문의로 본인 확인을 해드리기는 어렵고, 그래서 삭제 도구를 앱 안에 직접 넣어뒀어요.
7. 만 19세 미만
첫만남은 만 19세 이상만 쓸 수 있고, 만 19세 미만의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않아요.
8. 바뀌면 알려요
이 방침이 의미 있게 바뀌면 시행일을 갱신하고 앱 안에서 알려요. 질문은 [email protected] 으로 보내주세요.
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Hey takes no phone number, email, name or date of birth. This is the whole list: an anonymous account identifier and your 8-character handle, what you type into your profile (nickname, age band, intro, links), photos you upload, what you post in boards, rooms and games, and your coordinates when you use location features.
2. How location is used
Location is used to find rooms and events near you, and to verify you are at a place when entering. Opening a room or event stores that room or event's location. Location permission is requested only while using the app; nothing is collected in the background.
3. What it is used for
Collected data is used only to provide the service (showing profiles, joining rooms and events, running games), to handle reports and keep the service safe, and to improve it. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and you are not tracked.
4. Retention and deletion
Pressing "start over" or "delete account" in the app immediately and irreversibly deletes the profile and everything attached to it — photos, board posts, games you made, rooms and events you opened, play history.
Old things also go on their own. A sweep runs every Monday at 12:00 KST. An account that has not opened the app for three months is deleted along with everything attached to it — sign-in carries no email or phone number, so there is no way to get it back; open the app now and then if there is something you want to keep. A closed room is deleted seven days later, along with its conversation, and a past event after thirty.
Reports and suggestions are kept without author identity, only for handling them. A room or account that has been reported stays until the report is dealt with, regardless of the periods above.
5. Processors
Hosting and data live on Supabase (database, storage, auth). Maps use NAVER Cloud's map service and place search uses Kakao's search service; search terms and coordinates are sent to them for that purpose. No other third party receives personal data.
6. Your rights
You can see, edit and delete your own data directly in the app — edit via profile editing, delete everything via account deletion. Because the account holds no contact information we cannot verify identity over email, which is why the deletion tool is built into the app itself.
7. Under 19
Hey is for people 19 and over, and does not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
8. Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully we update the effective date and say so in the app. Questions: [email protected]
